Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Engineer – Data with experience in developing and optimizing data pipelines, managing relational databases, and integrating heterogeneous systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines in SQL Server and SQL Integration Services (SSIS);

• Implement and manage data integration and synchronization processes between different systems, ensuring consistency and error control;

• Maintain and evolve relational databases (SQL Server and PostgreSQL), including tuning and troubleshooting;

• Create and optimize complex queries in T-SQL and SQL (PostgreSQL), ensuring performance and best practices;

• Participate in data design and modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) for transactional systems (OLTP);

• Implement data anonymization and pseudonymization mechanisms in compliance with GDPR;

• Define and apply data quality mechanisms, validations, and reconciliations;

• Document technical solutions, data flows, and models to promote knowledge sharing;

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams in requirement gathering and continuous improvement;

• Work in CI/CD environments using GitLab.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles;

• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SSIS, and T-SQL;

• Knowledge in data integration and pipelines;

• Experience in data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting;

• Knowledge of GDPR and data anonymization mechanisms;

• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD practices;

• Ability to document clearly and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
