Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Operations Technician to work in hybrid environments, ensuring stability and optimization of technology platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for Windows and Linux systems.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and traditional clouds.
  • Monitor critical services and resolve incidents related to applications and logical infrastructure.
  • Apply basic security and compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate new solutions and automate processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical operations and mid-level support.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and SharePoint.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of security practices and patch management.
  • Professional level of English.
