Job Description:

We are looking for a senior Platform Engineer to join the team of a leading retail company. The professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-native platforms, ensuring scalability, automation, and reliability in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Kubernetes Operators and containerized environments.

Develop automation and tooling in Go or Python.

Automate and optimize cloud infrastructure and incident response.

Improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo CD) and GitOps practices.

Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability (Grafana, Prometheus).

Manage infrastructure lifecycle with IaC tools (Terraform, Crossplane).

Contribute to incident response, troubleshooting, and self-healing capabilities.

Support secure, efficient, and cost-optimized production environments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

- 8+ years of experience in Cloud/DevOps/SRE;

- Strong programming skills (Go, Python);

- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, IaC;

- Cloud experience (preferably Azure or GCP);

- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows;

- Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, collaborative;

- Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus;
