Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in cross-functional IT transformation initiatives in the banking sector, to lead technological modernization and the evolution of ways of working across development, operations, and infrastructure teams. The function will play a central role in technological modernization, adoption of DevOps practices, improvement of operational efficiency, and alignment of technology delivery with business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an IT transformation initiative in the banking sector, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

• Plan, govern, and deliver complex technology projects.

• Manage senior stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication.

• Ensure delivery against timeline, budget, quality, and business value.

• Support the adoption of DevOps practices and improvements in operational efficiency.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in demanding and critical environments.

•  

• Drive change management processes related to technology transformation.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in managing technology-based projects, preferably in banking.

• Background in critical and high-demand environments.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud).

• Experience in project governance and stakeholder management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
