Job Description:

We are looking for a Vulnerability Manager with experience in cybersecurity, able to assess risks, manage vulnerabilities and support teams in defining and executing remediation plans.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an updated strategy for the vulnerability management process.

• Conduct vulnerability assessments on systems, networks and applications.

• Analyse and interpret scan results and pentest reports.

• Validate whether vulnerabilities are exploitable, including creating code or mechanisms when required.

• Prioritise vulnerabilities based on severity and potential impact.

• Work with internal teams to ensure remediation plans are defined and executed.

• Provide clarification to teams involved in the process.

• Stay up to date with security threats and trends.

• Document vulnerabilities and remediation activities.

• Track and report global vulnerability indicators.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in similar roles.

• Ability to exploit vulnerabilities.

• Ability to identify and manage risks.

• Experience implementing processes and aligning multiple teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Autonomy, responsibility and critical thinking.

• Leadership and teamwork skills.

Valued Knowledge

• Experience with vulnerability management platforms.

• Scripting or programming (Python or similar).

• Deep and low-level knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems.

• Experience in dashboarding and KPI reporting.
