Junior Java Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Backend Developer who is willing to take on a hybrid position to join the team of a major client.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining backend services in Java.

Create and optimize APIs for integration with other systems.

Working with SQL to manipulate and extract data.

Writing automated tests with Junit to ensure code quality.

Use Git for version control and collaboration with the team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience with Java programming specifically

Experience with: SQL, API definition, GIT, Junit

Nice to have:

Kafka & Spring Kafka (Very nice to have)

Experience in Microservices development

MongoDB

Spring Data JPA

Soft Skills:

Scrum
