Job Description:
We are looking for a Dynatrace Consultant to implement a service for a key client, ensuring the continuous, specialised and high-quality execution of all evolutionary and operational activities associated with the platform. This candidate will work with technical and business teams to ensure the monitoring ecosystem, incident handling and related processes perform properly.
Responsibilities:
1. Dynatrace Enhancements Creation, updating, and management of Dynatrace extensions. Development and maintenance of customized dashboards. Configuration of monitoring mechanisms aligned with DOC and IIMC requirements. 2. Dynatrace Operational Management and Incident Handling Analysis, diagnosis, and follow‑up of product‑related incidents. Support with root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective measures. 3. Incident Management and Follow‑Up – ServiceNow ORD Handling and follow‑up of requests and incidents related to the ServiceNow product. Coordination with application and operational teams to ensure effective resolution. 4. Support for Discovery Processes and CMDB Management Ensuring the quality, consistency, and compliance of CMDB data. Monitoring discovery processes and identifying configuration items (CIs). Supporting the accurate representation of services within the DOC framework and ensuring proper traceability. 5. SGS Indicator Monitoring Monitoring and analysis of relevant metrics. Consolidation and reporting of indicators. Contribution to audits and compliance activities.
Requirements:
Expected Profile * At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace (implementation, tuning, extensions, dashboards). * Knowledge of ServiceNow, especially the Incident and CMDB modules. * Familiarity with DOC, IIMC, and SGS processes (valued). * Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills. * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Commitment to continuous improvement and rigor in the management of metrics and data.
