Job Description:

Estamos à procura de um Arquiteto Técnico com competências de desenvolvimento e liderança para uma oportunidade de integrar e fazer parte da criação de um centro de excelência para uma empresa multinacional líder em fintech. 

Responsibilities:

Leading the definition of standards, frameworks and good development practices that will guarantee the scalability, robustness and security of the solutions.

Exercising development expertise, especially in OO and languages such as Java.

Carrying out critical analysis of deliveries and code submitted by the team to ensure that quality and performance requirements are being met.

Implementing and promoting continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) strategies to improve efficiency in software delivery.

Prepare and maintain architecture and technical process documentation to facilitate maintenance, scalability and transferability of knowledge within the organization.

Requirements:

•Strong development skills with ability to lead technically and support team delivery

•Experience in OO Programming such as Java.

•Solid understanding of development, best practices, and software life cycle.

•Strong communication skills

•Minimum Level of English : B2/C1

Ideally, you’ll also have:

•Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies 

•Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn

Additional information:

•The candidate must have at least one higher education degree

•They must have been living in Portugal for at least 1 and a half years

•Location: Lisbon

•Working Model: 4 days per week in the office in Lisbon in the first 3 months. After the 3 months, passes to 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home
