Job Description:

We are looking for Helpdesk, IT support, for a project with a European Institution based in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities:

Providing 1st level technical support to users.

Installing and configuring Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.

Supporting the use of MS Office Suite.

Configuring and troubleshooting VPN connections.

Managing and supporting mobile devices and telephony services.

Logging and tracking tickets in ticketing tools and CMDB.

Diagnosing and resolving network problems (hardware, protocols, TCP/IP).

Ensuring customer-focused service and high quality standards.

Escalate complex incidents to higher-level teams.

Documenting procedures and solutions for the knowledge base.

Requirements:

Experience with MS Office Suite;

Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10);

Knowledge of mobile devices and mobile phone services;

Experience in troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN, etc.;

Customer and Service focus;

Problem solving skills;

Knowledge of ticketing and CMDB tools;

Understanding of networking and networking protocols. 

Other requirements:

Fluency in English 

Good knowledge of French;

Willingness to travel to Luxembourg, especially during the onboarding phase;

Availability to work shifts according to Luxembourg time (+1 hour compared to Lisbon):

Shift 1: 07h00 - 16h00

Shift 2: 08h00 - 17h00

Shift 3: 10h00 - 19h00

Availability to follow the Luxembourg holiday calendar (Portuguese national holidays do not apply);

100% face-to-face work initially, with the possibility of switching to a hybrid system later.
