Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled React Frontend Team Leader to lead a frontend development team. This role involves delivering responsive interfaces, enforcing code quality standards, and collaborating closely with other tech teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the frontend team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Build responsive and cross-browser applications using React and Redux.

Apply strong UI/UX principles and collaborate with design teams.

Contribute to architectural and framework migration decisions.

Coordinate with backend and DevOps teams.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar

- At least 3 years' professional experience with the React framework (including Redux)

- Experience in building responsive applications for various browsers

- Experience with UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap and CSS GRID

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Typescript

- Proficiency with user interface and user experience concepts (UI/UX)

- Experience with agile methodologies and tools

- Experience in leading the frontend team, ensuring the quality of the team's work and coordination with other teams

- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in Portuguese
