Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to work on-site in Parque das Nações, providing end-user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
• Experience in Office and Windows support; • Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware; • Previous experience in similar roles; • Knowledge of Operating Systems; • Remote access for troubleshooting end-user issues; • Aptitude for Helpdesk support; • ITIL course and/or certification (valued); • Ability to produce documents and procedures for knowledge transfer to other teams; • Documentation of new procedures; • Updating existing procedures Behavioral Profile • Excellent customer communication skills as well as good conflict management; • Commitment; • Enjoy working in a team; • Enjoy challenges and troubleshooting; • Customer-oriented; • Punctuality/attendance are very important factors; • Stress management skills
