Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Applications Manager with solid experience in application support across multiple business solutions, ensuring stability, continuous improvement and alignment between business applications and operational, financial and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for multiple business systems, including ERP, HR and operational solutions.

• Support users and business teams in incident resolution and functional requests.

• Ensure the proper use, maintenance and evolution of business applications.

• Work closely with external vendors and internal IT teams.

• Support continuous improvements in financial, logistics and operational processes.

• Maintain functional documentation and support procedures.

• Contribute to the reliability and efficiency of business applications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of experience in application support roles across multiple solutions.

• Experience with HR solutions and with ERP systems (Cegid, Primavera, SAP SuccessFactors)

• Experience with solutions in Procurement, Food & Beverage, Retail or Hospitality.

• Functional knowledge of:

  • Accounting and finance

  • Billing and customer management

  • Suppliers and accounts payable

  • Logistics and warehouse management
