Job Description:

We are looking for a Patch Management & Vulnerability Remediation Engineer to strengthen vulnerability management and remediation capabilities across endpoints. The professional will focus on patch management, automation of remediation processes, and vulnerability prevention, ensuring effective and sustainable remediation in Windows environments while coordinating with teams responsible for Linux and macOS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Windows endpoint patch management at scale.

• Monitor vulnerabilities in Linux (Rocky 8) and macOS systems.

• Coordinate with vendors and teams responsible for Linux and macOS environments.

• Use Tenable for vulnerability analysis and tracking.

• Manage patching through Azure / Intune and SCCM.

• Handle operating system and application vulnerabilities.

• Develop custom remediation solutions for identified vulnerabilities.

• Create automated mechanisms for vulnerability correction and prevention.

• Use PsExec for specific endpoint interventions.

• Perform testing and validation in lab environments using virtual machines.

• Track vulnerabilities until final remediation and closure.

• Produce evidence and reporting for audits and compliance processes.

Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems

- Experience in large-scale patch management;

- Strong advanced troubleshooting skills;

- Strong experience with Azure/Intune and SCCM;

- Operational use of Tenable - Automation and Scripting;

- High proficiency in PowerShell;

- Development of remediation scripts;

- Automation of recurring patches;

- Creation of self-healing solutions;

- Building custom internal tools to optimize daily work;

- Complementary Skills:

Ability to analyze vulnerabilities in Linux and macOS; Good technical communication with suppliers and other teams; Familiarity with ITSM processes
