Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in event-driven architectures and Java-based microservices development. This professional will be responsible for designing and managing Kafka clusters, developing scalable services, and ensuring efficient integration across distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage Kafka topics, including partitioning, retention policies, and scalability strategies.

• Develop efficient producers and consumers, ensuring high throughput and low latency.

• Implement event pipelines and data flows using Kafka Streams or other tools in the Kafka ecosystem.

• Monitor and optimize Kafka clusters, adjusting configurations to ensure resilience and performance.

• Integrate microservices with event‑driven systems, ensuring consistency and fault tolerance.

• Implement and evolve Java microservices (typically using Spring Boot), ensuring performance, security, and quality.

• Write clean, testable code aligned with engineering best practices.

• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between internal and external services.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Java development, working in distributed and high‑performance environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, including topic modeling, throughput optimization, implementation of producers/consumers, and integration with microservices.
• Solid experience in event‑driven architectures, engineering best practices, and agile methodologies.
