Job Description:

We are looking for an Android Developer with experience in modern Android application development, focused on Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and solid architectural practices, to join a technical team working on reliable and maintainable mobile products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose;

• Convert Figma designs into functional UI following Material 3 guidelines;

• Implement themes, styles and layouts aligned with the product’s visual identity;

• Ensure accessibility best practices (A11y) in line with WCAG 2.1+ standards;

• Apply robust architectures (MVVM or MVI) to ensure scalable and testable code;

• Create and maintain automated tests to support application reliability.

Requirements:

• Modern Android Core: Proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a deep understanding of the application lifecycle and reactive state management.

• Design-to-Code (Figma): Ability to translate Figma designs into functional UI, utilizing Material 3 guidelines and custom View implementations where necessary.

• Advanced Styling: Strong experience with implementation of themes, styles, and custom layouts using XML (legacy) and Compose Theming (modern) for brand-consistent interfaces.

• Accessibility (A11y): Experience with TalkBack, Content Descriptions, and Touch Target optimization to meet WCAG 2.1+ standards on mobile.

• Type-Safe Architecture: Implementation of robust architectures (MVVM or MVI) and dependency injection to ensure a testable, scalable codebase.

• Quality & Testing: Experience with automated testing using JUnit, Kotlin Test, and Appium for high-reliability end-to-end user journeys
