Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Tester with experience in complex enterprise environments and the ability to analyse, execute and improve performance testing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and analyse performance tests for enterprise applications.

• Integrate load-testing tools into CI/CD pipelines.

• Monitor performance metrics using dedicated tools.

• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to address issues.

• Work with Linux environments and observability tools.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of performance-related processes and practices.

• Perform front-end performance testing and identify client-side issues.

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience in performance testing, or a strong software engineering background with interest in performance.

• Hands-on experience with performance testing and monitoring tools (JMeter preferred).

• Experience integrating load-testing tools into CI/CD.

• Practical experience working with Linux servers.

• Experience with Java (preferred) or another programming language.

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics or similar APM tools.

• Experience with InfluxDB.

• Good communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with front-end performance testing.

• Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps principles.

• Experience working with Docker containers.
