Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Digital Project Manager to join a digital transformation program within a banking digital portal. The role involves coordinating business and technology teams to ensure technical consistency, quality, and continuous evolution of digital channels (Web and Mobile).

Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and continuously evolve the Digital Channels operating model;

• Coordinate initiatives across business, technology, architecture, security, and vendors;

• Ensure technical alignment across Web, iOS, Android platforms, Open Banking APIs, and authentication solutions;

• Ensure methodology and architecture standards are applied;

• Support analysis and implementation of new solutions;

• Proactively build synergies across digital initiatives;

• Provide functional and technical coordination to teams;

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital project management, preferably within banking environments;

• Knowledge of digital banking processes: onboarding, payments, authentication, and customer servicing;

• Technical understanding of REST APIs and Java Spring Boot;

• Knowledge of security standards and authentication protocols (OAuth);

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins;

• Experience with container platforms, preferably OpenShift;

• Knowledge of Java and JavaScript;

• Experience with Confluence and Jira;

• Understanding of banking products and customer touchpoints;

• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
