Job Description:

We are looking for a Fullstack .NET & React Team Leader with solid experience in software development and technical team coordination to join a project at Instituto de Gestão Financeira e Equipamentos da Justiça (IGFEJ)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring software engineering best practices;

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET (backend) and React (frontend);

• Oversee the full development lifecycle, from technical analysis to delivery;

• Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to standards;

• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to define solutions;

• Support planning, estimation, and prioritization activities;

• Contribute to process and methodology improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Fullstack development with .NET and React;

• Previous experience in technical leadership or team coordination roles;

• Strong knowledge of application architecture and development best practices;

• Experience with Agile methodologies;

• Good communication skills and problem-solving mindset;

• Availability for hybrid work model (2x per week on-site);

• Immediate availability.
