Job Description:

We are looking for an Application Architect / Tech Lead with experience in Java and microservices, specialised in designing solutions and implementing scalable, high-performance software architectures, and capable of leading development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures;

• Provide technical leadership for software development teams;

• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to delivery;

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines;

• Ensure code quality and best development practices;

• Support technology and methodology decisions for projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and solution implementation;

• Experience with Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA) and microservices architecture;

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and Terraform;

• Knowledge of relational (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases;

• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies;

• Degree in IT Engineering or related field;

• Native Portuguese and proficiency in English.
