Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Engineer Master with experience in customer data platforms and large-scale data pipelines, to join our Consumer and Retail team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring incremental loads and reliable data.

• Manage and optimize cloud data platforms (Snowflake), including performance and cost.

• Integrate data from CRM, e-commerce, analytics, and POS systems with marketing tools (CDP/MarTech).

• Monitor data quality and freshness, setting up alerts and reports.

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, proposing clear and effective solutions.

• Participate in the implementation of CI/CD and best practices for data orchestration and version control.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Data Engineer, including 3 years in senior or lead roles.

• Strong experience with Customer 360 / CDP or similar customer data platforms.

• Experience with large-scale data pipelines on Snowflake and migrating BI/DWH platforms from on-prem to cloud.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Advanced skills in SQL and Python.

• Experience in data modelling and customer data concepts (identities, events, sessions, behavior).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and orchestration tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, dbt, or similar).

• Skills in data quality monitoring and alert setup.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

• B1 level in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken).
