Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant to work with real estate investment trusts (REITs), supporting financial, tax, and operational routines.

Responsibilities:

Support the accounting and tax routines of the funds;

Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and controls;

Assist in the calculation of taxes and ancillary obligations;

Contribute to operational and administrative activities of the area.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;

Previous experience in accounting;

Knowledge of tax and operational procedures;

Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs) is desirable.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of FundManager and Primavera (SIM) systems;

Analytical, proactive, and organized profile.
