Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager Field Support to manage and coordinate external field partners, ensuring SLA compliance, quality standards, and operational efficiency in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate external field partners, ensuring SLA compliance and quality standards;
• Plan and allocate work orders, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency;
• Oversee resource availability, inventory, and equipment for field operations;
• Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance procedures and runbooks;
• Monitor performance using KPIs and implement improvement actions;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a “First Time Right” culture;
• Analyze operational data and deliver reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Management) or related field;
• Proven experience managing field technical teams or coordinating service partners;
• Strong knowledge of field operations, work order management, and resource logistics;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI analysis and process optimization;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset;
• Proficiency in project management tools and information systems (CRM, ERP, field service management platforms);

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred).
