Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in digital transformation projects to join initiatives focused on the management of public funds and programs in the agriculture sector, supporting systems that cover the full lifecycle from application submission to analysis, decision-making, and interaction with paying entities.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze functional requirements and business processes

• Document and share requirements with clients and development teams

• Critically review and challenge requirements and existing processes

• Structure, present, and discuss requirements with stakeholders

• Perform functional and technical analysis

• Follow up on implementation and testing teams

• Support the full lifecycle of fund management systems

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a consultancy environment

• Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Experience in functional and technical analysis

• Experience with MySQL or SQL databases (mandatory)

• Availability for a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site at the client, downtown Lisbon)

Nice to have:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigation actions

• Experience with Design Thinking methodology

• Ability to identify business opportunities aligned with ongoing client work
