Job Description:

We are looking for a Test Manager to join a retail sector project, in a hybrid model (2 to 3 days per week on-site, in Maia).

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage testing activities in large-scale, complex projects.

Define testing strategies and ensure quality across digital transformation environments with multiple integrated systems.

Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.

Track and report on testing progress, managing expectations with stakeholders.

Promote best practices in both manual and automated testing, within agile and hybrid delivery approaches.

Requirements:

- Experience in digital transformation environments and multiple integrated systems. 

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, etc.

 - Proven experience in test management in large-scale (enterprise level) projects. 

- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (manual and automation). 

- We value certifications such as ISTQB Test Manager, Agile Testing, or equivalents (Nice to Have).

- Experience in coordinating internal and external teams.

- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Results-oriented and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of agile and hybrid project delivery practices.
