Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator with solid experience in Microsoft environments to join an onsite team in Lisbon. The professional will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the systems infrastructure, ensuring high standards of availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows servers in an enterprise environment.

• Manage network services, including DNS, DHCP, and related configurations.

• Maintain and secure Active Directory, GPOs, and associated security policies.

• Monitor infrastructure using tools such as SCOM.

• Implement and manage NAC solutions, preferably Forescout.

• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell.

• Manage enterprise printing environments.

• Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.

• Collaborate with multiple technical departments on improvements and issue resolution.

• Support update management and configurations using SCCM.

•  

• Contribute to Citrix environments when applicable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Windows server administration.

• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and network services.

• Advanced expertise in Active Directory, GPOs, and related security.

• Experience with monitoring tools, especially SCOM.

• Practical knowledge of NAC (preferably Forescout).

• Advanced PowerShell and automation skills.

• Experience managing enterprise printing environments.

• Strong analytical and complex incident resolution capabilities.

• Experience with Citrix environments is valued.

• Knowledge of SCCM and update management is a plus.

• Team-oriented profile with a focus on security and continuous improvement.
