Job Description:

We are looking for a professional with experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to work on the design and evolution of application solutions, focusing on technical quality, documentation, and infrastructure change support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on the Technical Debt Backlog

• Produce and maintain technical application documentation

• Support and execute infrastructure change requests

• Contribute to the design of complex technical solutions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams

• Ensure quality of technical deliveries

Requirements:

• Up to 10 years of experience in relevant platforms, technologies, or frameworks

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud

• Experience designing complex technical solutions

• Knowledge of application technologies

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in global environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to delivery quality

• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR (valued)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence (valued)

• Project experience (valued)

• Languages: English (mandatory), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued)
