Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Support Technician (On-site), with experience in installation, configuration, and technical support, to provide local support to retail clients. The role is fully on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, configuration, and technical support in retail environments.

• Provide on-site end-user support.

• Handle technical requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

• Document interventions and report to the line manager.

• Travel to different customer sites as required.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of prior experience in similar roles (installation, configuration, support).

• Knowledge of operating systems, configuration tools, and end-user support.

• Own vehicle and willingness to travel (expenses covered by the professional).

• Immediate availability (ASAP).

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9h to 18h.
