Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervisory Technology Consultant with experience in operating automation and monitoring solutions, ensuring the operation, support and continuous improvement of critical environments.

The working model is remote, but the professional must be available for maintenance work (weekdays: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; Prevention: 8:00 pm to 8:00 am on weekdays 24*7 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Responsibilities:

Operation, administration and support of the BMC Control-M solution;

Operation and use of the EasyVista tool;

Management of Unix, Linux and Solaris environments;

Development of scripts in Python and Shell Script for process automation;

Collaboration with technical and operations teams;

Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Requirements:

+ 3 years' experience of using the BMC ControlM solution; 

Use of the EasyVista solution; 

Operating systems: Unix, Linux, Solaris; 

Python and Shell Script programming; 

Good level of English.

You must have two of the following certifications: 

- ITIL Foundation IT Service Management; 

- EXIN IT Service Management Foundation - ISO/IEC 20000; - ITIL Release, Control and Validation Certificate; 

- Red Hat Certified System Administrator Certification; Scrum Master; 

- ITIL 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve Certificate; 

- Project Management Professional - PMP.
