Job Description:

A major client is hiring Business Analysts and, in this position, you will be an integral part of the life cycle of implementing application solutions for the management of European community funds in  Europeans in a public body in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

Survey and analysis of business requirements with the client.

Documenting processes and designing functional solutions.

Support in defining and executing test plans and acceptance tests.

Functional support for end users.

Identifying risks and proposing process improvements.

Preparation and presentation of technical and functional documentation.

Participation in workshops and Design Thinking sessions.

Creating SQL queries for data analysis and requirements validation.

Identifying business opportunities in a client context.

Facilitating communication between the technical team and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

+4 years of experience in a consultancy environment.

Previous experience gathering requirements and business processes and sharing them with the client and development team.

Experience in Test Plans and conducting acceptance testing of solutions, as well as providing support to end users. 

Ability to systematize, present and discuss requirements with the team and client as well as in design and document solutions.

Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.

Preferred Competencies:

Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks.

Experience in Design Thinking methodology and SQL.

Identification of business opportunities in line with the work being carried out at the client.
