Job Description:

A major client is hiring Business Analysts and, in this position, you will be an integral part of the life cycle of implementing application solutions for the management of European community funds in  Europeans in a public body in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

Survey and analysis of business requirements with the client.

Documenting processes and designing functional solutions.

Support in defining and executing test plans and acceptance tests.

Functional support for end users.

Identifying risks and proposing process improvements.

Preparation and presentation of technical and functional documentation.

Participation in workshops and Design Thinking sessions.

Creating SQL queries for data analysis and requirements validation.

Identifying business opportunities in a client context.

Facilitating communication between the technical team and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experiência anterior na recolha, sistematização, apresentação e discussão de requisitos com a equipa de desenvolvimento e o cliente, bem como na conceção e documentação de soluções.

Sentido crítico para refletir sobre os requisitos e os processos e pô-los em causa.

Mais de 4 anos de experiência em projectos de Business Intelligence / Analytics em ambiente de consultoria.

Mais de 4 anos de experiência com Power BI e SQL.

Mais de 1 ano de experiência em projectos envolvendo o sector público: análise de legislação, reengenharia de processos.

Experiência na realização de workshops online e presenciais.

Formação em BPMN 2 - Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
