Job Description:

We're looking for a Functional Consultant with strong experience in business requirements analysis and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Marketing, Commerce, and Finance. The professional will be responsible for translating business needs into system configurations and ensuring automated processes align with best practices and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into functional configurations in Dynamics 365

Configure modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and others as needed

Define and implement workflows and automation within the platform

Support the functional design of the solution in collaboration with business teams

Ensure functional quality and alignment with client needs

Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

More than 6 years' professional experience with Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Commerce and Finance.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional configuration in Dynamics 365.

Experience in defining workflows and automations in the system.

Nice to have:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant certification.

Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data) Specialty certification.
