Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceDesk technician to strengthen our local support (Deskside) teams in a Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade project, with experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users via phone or on-site visits.

• Perform staging, testing, categorization, labeling, and packaging of equipment.

• Replace hardware components and install upgrades when applicable.

• Assist in installing corporate applications on PCs, smartphones, and tablets (iOS and Android).

• Support account, contacts, and data transfer to new devices.

• Troubleshoot networking (switches, routers, access points), printers, meeting room equipment, and video conferencing devices.

• Manage PC delivery and collection processes.

• Update CMDB for assets delivered, returned, or under repair.

• Create documentation and procedures to transfer knowledge to other teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.

• Previous experience in similar roles (preferred).

• Knowledge of operating systems (workstations and servers).

• Experience with remote access for end-user troubleshooting.

• Ability to produce clear and detailed documentation.

• Availability for on-site visits when needed.
