Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to perform BPO processes, providing support to commercial, communication, and event activities, as well as interacting with AI-powered Help Desk systems. This is an operational role focused on execution, ensuring quality and efficiency

Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative and commercial tasks (data updates, simple proposal preparation).
Support event logistics (registrations, materials, vendors).
Execute communication and engagement actions as instructed.
Monitor and operate AI-powered Help Desk processes, ensuring accurate responses and escalation when needed.
Follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Experience in BPO or operational support roles.
Basic knowledge of commercial processes and corporate communication.
Familiarity with event organization and digital tools.
Ability to work with AI-based customer service systems.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and process adherence.
