Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft Customer Insights Specialist with the ability to design different approaches to solving problems, with in-depth knowledge and practical experience of this platform.

Responsibilities:

- Support the configuration, customization and use of functionalities such as unified profile creation, customer segmentation and behaviour analysis.

- Use advanced analysis tools to extract valuable insights into customer behavior, predict trends and identify opportunities based on large volumes of data on the platform.

- Support customer segmentation, using Customer Insights' advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and classify customers according to different criteria (demographic, behavioral, transactional, etc.).

- Developing test strategies for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights and documenting them, supporting their hands-on execution.

- Supporting Sales in implementation projects, carried out in conjunction with Corporate IT / T2D.

As described above, the services to be contracted fall under Typology T2 - Developed Application.

 

 

Requirements:

- Work experience requirements

 Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and seniority in the technical skills required.

- Technical skills requirements

 Knowledge of Big Data and Advanced Analytics: Have a good understanding of big data and advanced analytics (Data Science, Machine Learning) to work with large-scale customer data.

 Power BI: Experience with Power BI, as Microsoft Customer Insights will often be used in conjunction with this data visualization tool to create dynamic dashboards.

 Microsoft Dynamics: Familiarity with CRMs, especially Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft dataverse

 Azure and Power Platform: Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem (where Customer Insights can be hosted) and other Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) can be a plus.

 Knowledge of integrations: Have a good understanding of integrations and how data should be worked on to be exported to external platforms

- Academic requirements

 Proven training in a related area with a strong component in tools such as Microsoft Customer Insights and performing advanced analysis of customer data.

 Specific Microsoft certifications and others related to data analysis, such as Power BI and Azure.

- Language requirements

 Proficiency in Portuguese and English - mandatory.
