Job Description:

We are looking for a PMO / Project Manager with experience in program management and operational integration, to support the coordination, monitoring and alignment of initiatives, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management and follow-up of programs and projects.

• Ensure operational integration and consolidation of ongoing initiatives.

• Monitor planning, timelines, risks and dependencies.

• Prepare project reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas.

• Support the definition and improvement of project governance processes.

• Ensure alignment between objectives, priorities and execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO and/or program management roles.

• Experience in operational integration and consolidation contexts.

• Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.

• Comfortable working with technical teams.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
