Job Description:

We are looking for an Integration and API Engineer with solid experience in system integration, service contract definition, and implementation of API security and governance practices.

Responsibilities:

• Implement system integrations in alignment with OpenAPI/AsyncAPI service contracts.

• Define and manage the full API lifecycle, including versioning, backward compatibility, and documentation.

• Apply security, authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, OIDC and mTLS.

• Configure API Gateways, quotas, rate limits and API monitoring.

• Implement API governance practices and access control strategies.

• Define endpoint-level SLAs and ensure continuous performance and usage monitoring.

• Support event-driven and batch data integrations across multiple data sources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technologies or equivalent.

• ≥ 7 years of experience in system integration and API lifecycle management.

• Hands-on experience with OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, OAuth2, OIDC and API Gateways.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, quota management and consumption limits.

• Understanding of modern security mechanisms (including mTLS) and API versioning strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API governance using OpenAPI/AsyncAPI and API Gateway platforms.

• Implementation of consumer-level security (OAuth2/OIDC with mTLS) and RBAC applied to API scopes.

• Definition of endpoint SLAs and continuous performance monitoring.

• Experience with batch and event-driven integrations in the tourism domain
