Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OS Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OutSystems development, technical leadership, and Agile methodologies. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our OutSystems projects, ensuring high-quality solutions, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical direction of OutSystems projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices
Develop and maintain high-quality OutSystems applications, using sound coding practices and design patterns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, and QA engineers Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and feedback
Ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and providing constructive feedback
Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize technical debt and refactor existing code Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design documents
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in OutSystems development
Proficiency in English and French languages
Proven experience in Tech Lead roles, with a strong background in technical leadership and team management
Solid knowledge of OutSystems best practices, including architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
Strong understanding of relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization
Knowledge of .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with integrations, including SOAP and REST
Experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum
