Job Description:
We are looking for an SCCM/Intune Specialist with experience in designing, implementing, and operating Microsoft endpoint management solutions. This professional will be responsible for administering and evolving Intune and SCCM/MECM environments, ensuring compliance, security, and efficiency across the device lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Architecture and Implementation Design and implementation of Compliance policies, Configuration Profiles, Windows Update for Business, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access (in collaboration with Entra ID teams); Autopilot configuration (profiles, provisioning sequences, process standardization); Application packaging and deployment (Win32/MSIX) via Intune and SCCM, including dependencies and detection rules; SCCM/MECM administration: Task Sequences, Operating System Deployment (OSD), and co-management. Automation and Scripting Development of PowerShell scripts (Graph modules, Intune PowerShell, preferably PSAppDeployToolkit) for automation, reporting, and remediation. Level 3 Operations and Support Advanced troubleshooting (log analysis, diagnostics collection, policy conflict analysis, regression detection); Patch Management planning and execution: maintenance windows, phased/ring rollouts, monitoring and remediation; Participation in MDM migration initiatives when applicable. Governance and Continuous Improvement Definition of endpoint standards, hardening guidelines, and security best practices; Technical documentation (KB articles, diagrams) and knowledge sharing with operations teams; Collaboration with Security, Network, Workplace/Service Desk, and Application Owners. Leadership (evolving scope) Mentoring 1–3 junior engineers; Coordination of small initiatives/projects; Contribution to roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments; Experience with Windows endpoint management in corporate environments; Strong knowledge of Compliance policies, Configuration Profiles, Windows Update for Business, BitLocker, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint; Hands-on experience with Autopilot and co-management scenarios; Solid PowerShell scripting skills for automation, reporting, and remediation (including Microsoft Graph and Intune modules); Experience in Patch Management planning and execution (maintenance windows, phased/ring rollouts, monitoring); Advanced troubleshooting skills (log analysis, policy conflict resolution, regression detection); Experience in Level 3 support; Ability to produce clear technical documentation (KB articles, diagrams); Experience working with Security, Network, and Service Desk teams; Mentoring and technical coordination experience (nice to have).
