Job Description:

We are looking for an Operational Consultant with experience in process improvement, ability to work in project environments and availability for weekly travel within Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational processes across production, commercial, administrative, logistics and financial areas.
  • Implement management tools focused on efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide training to client management teams according to project needs.
  • Execute project activities as defined in project schedules.
  • Prepare project reports and summaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional experience in consulting (2 to 4 years preferred).
  • Residence or willingness to reside in the Lisbon area.
  • Availability for weekly travel with overnight stays outside the home location.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Lean training (preferred).
  • Knowledge of PowerTools and/or Power BI (a plus).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Driving licence.
