Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Functional/Business Analyst with experience in business and functional analysis to join a strategic digital transformation initiative within a public agency dedicated to promoting business investment and internationalization. The project aims to develop a new public incentives management platform, ensuring that the solution meets operational, management, and performance monitoring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional requirements with internal teams.

• Contribute to defining workflows, business rules, and key performance indicators.

• Support data modeling and the design of dashboards and reports.

• Validate functionalities during development and testing phases.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams during implementation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in functional or business analysis roles.

• Experience in data-driven projects, KPIs, and reporting.

• Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems.

• PBA (PMI) or ECBA (IIBA) certification.

• Knowledge of the public sector or funded incentive programs (nice to have).

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, CRM, and ERP systems (nice to have).

• Immediate or short-term availability.
