Job Description:

We are looking for an IAM Engineer to join a team in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid model with occasional on-site presence). The professional will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions, ensuring modern authentication practices, scalability, and security in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement IAM solutions in accordance with the organization's requirements.

- Ensure technological and authentication process updates and their cross-functionality.

- Identify security requirements and controls necessary for secure access management and a consistent experience across multiple domains.

- Ensure modern models for user authentication, scalability, autonomy, and service for the organization (IDaaS), assess the risks of various types of users and the security measures appropriate to each requirement or capability.

-    It should also monitor emerging technologies in the market, trends, and cybersecurity threats in order to contribute to the evolution and cross-cutting cybersecurity strategy of IAM in the organization.

Requirements:

• Higher education in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience;

• Relevant experience in implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions;

• Relevant experience in project management, particularly IAM;

• Relevant experience in identifying, characterizing, and managing cybersecurity risks (e.g., conducting cybersecurity assessments);

• Relevant experience in IAM project management

• Relevant experience in technological risk management;

• Leadership and teamwork skills;

• Ability to manage conflicts and coordinate multidisciplinary working groups;

• Planning and organizational skills;

• Proactivity, pragmatism, and initiative;

• Resilience, adaptability to change, and ability to manage ambiguous situations;

• Critical and results-oriented thinking;

• Autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.
