Job Description:

We are looking for an AWS Cloud Support Engineer with experience in technical support, monitoring and maintaining AWS environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and resolve AWS‑related incidents.
  • Monitor cloud environments to ensure performance and availability.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of infrastructures.
  • Develop automation scripts for operational tasks.
  • Document procedures and technical actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with AWS environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Knowledge of Linux, networking and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly.
