Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage buyer media campaigns, focusing on performance and premium positioning

Manage the relationship with marketing and advertising agencies, ensuring communication in line with the brand's DNA

Monitor and optimize performance indicators such as CTR's, conversions, ROI, among others

Analyze performance reports and propose strategic actions based on concrete data

Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for monitoring and informed decision-making

Present results, trends and opportunities for improvement to internal stakeholders

Work closely with product, branding, sales and e-commerce teams

Requirements:

Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Management or similar

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury retail, lifestyle or premium fashion

Excellent command of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager

Sharp analytical skills, aesthetic sense and attention to detail

Easy to create impactful presentations, with a strong visual and strategic component

Creative, autonomous and results-oriented profile

Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are valued
