Job Description:

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst focused on operations and optimization to ensure the stable performance of critical platforms and services. The role involves technical support, monitoring, incident analysis and continuous improvement, working with Windows, Linux, Tibco (support level), and Cloud environments GCP or Azure

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor applications and integration services, including Tibco, ensuring availability and performance.
  • Analyse logs, identify issues, and support incident resolution.
  • Perform operational tasks on Windows and Linux servers.
  • Support Tibco environments at the operational level (monitoring, restarts, message flow checks, basic troubleshooting).
  • Assist with deployments and ensure environment stability.
  • Track integration flows and message behaviour across systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams on incidents and service requests.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding of Cloud environments (GCP or Azure).
  • Experience with Tibco at a support/operational level (not development).
  • Ability to read and analyse logs and identify root causes.
  • Basic understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, messaging).
  • Ability to work in an operational environment with focus on stability and service quality.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn.
