Job Description:

We are opening a new position for a Web Frontend Developer to join a newly formed pod within our growing project team. This role will focus on building highly interactive, modern web interfaces using cutting-edge technologies. You’ll be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create dynamic, server-driven UIs and enhance user experiences in innovative product environments.

Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, scalable frontend components using ReactJS, Next.js, and Redux

Integrate real-time data workflows using WebSocket or SSE

Implement and maintain Server-Driven UI patterns based on backend-provided schemas

Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, responsive, and accessible UIs

Contribute to the design of conversational interfaces and chat-prompt experiences

Ensure high standards of code quality, accessibility, and responsive design

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes

Requirements:

Tech Stack

•JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redux, Node.js, WebSocket, SSE, REST APIs

Profile Requirements

•3+ years of frontend development experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and Redux

•Proficiency in Node.js and experience integrating WebSocket or Server-Sent Events (SSE) into frontend workflows

•Solid understanding of component-based architecture and proven experience building and maintaining reusable UI components

•Strong experience with Server-Driven UI (SDUI) design patterns and rendering dynamic UI from backend-driven schemas

•Familiarity with chat prompt design patterns and conversational UI paradigms (e.g., AI assistant responses, user input formats, inline feedback)

•Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design

•Experience working in Agile development environments with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD workflows
