Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Artificial Intelligence to support the advancement of the Agentic AI strategy within the organization. The professional will work with internal teams and partners to define, implement, and operationalize AI solutions that contribute to process and experience transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CE3 team to drive adoption and enablement of Agentic AI solutions across business verticals.

• Define and deliver high-impact AI use cases that enhance employee, customer, and partner experiences.

• Contribute to the architecture and delivery of AI solutions aligned with the company’s innovation and transformation goals.

• Support the incubation and operationalization of AI initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment.

• Provide expertise in AI solution design and implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or innovation projects.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and practical application of Agentic AI.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong skills in process analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Fluency in English.
