Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Support Technician with experience in software and hardware troubleshooting to join our technical support team and ensure the proper operation of internal systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues on workstations and servers.

  • Provide remote troubleshooting assistance to end users.

  • Create technical documentation and procedures to share knowledge with other teams.

  • Support on-site software updates for PCs.

  • Install hardware upgrades when required.

  • Perform account, contact, and data transfers between devices.

 

  • Verify that business applications operate correctly after device replacement or update.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).

  • Solid understanding of operating systems for both workstations and servers.

  • Ability to provide remote and direct user support.

  • Skill in producing clear technical documentation.

  • Experience in hardware and software installation and upgrades.

 

  • Good communication and user-oriented approach.
