Job Description:

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant to strengthen the team of a major client in Lisbon. The ideal candidate should have experience in Customer Engagement and Customer Service projects, the analytical ability to understand business processes and translate them into effective solutions, as well as the ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, map and understand customer business processes;

Translate functional requirements into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem;

Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders;

Prepare functional specifications documentation and user manuals;

Design detailed functional solutions aligned with business needs;

Support the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Customer Service modules;

Work in collaboration with technical teams to ensure the correct implementation of solutions;

Monitor acceptance tests (UAT) and support end-user training;

Maintain clear and effective communication with customers at all stages of the project.

Requirements:

- Between 3 and 5 years' experience (mandatory) as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant;

- mastery of the Customer Engagement and Customer Service modules;

- knowledge of the Marketing and Field Service modules is valued;

- experience in preparing detailed documentation of functional specifications;

- experience in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into solutions;

- experience in designing solutions;

- English: minimum B2;

- experience in communicating with customers.
