Job Description:

The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The role involves integration projects, process automation, and implementation of ITSM/ITIL best practices, ensuring scalability and high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain the HRSD module in ServiceNow (Employee Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events).

• Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing improvements and automations.

• Develop flows, scripts, and integrations with corporate systems (ERP, Active Directory, communication platforms).

• Implement service catalogs, forms, and HR workflows.

• Ensure alignment with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.

• Support HR and IT teams in incident resolution and continuous platform optimization.

• Document solutions and maintain the Knowledge Base.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow, preferably with HRSD module.

• Strong knowledge of configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and Flow Designer.

• Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with Employee Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.

• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL best practices.

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with a results-oriented mindset.

• Advanced English.
  
  

   Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.

  • Experience in international projects or public organizations.

  • Knowledge of complementary modules (ITSM, CSM, Portal, IntegrationHub).
