Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Manager / Senior Manager to join our Cyber & Digital Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of cybersecurity projects, managing a team of professionals, and providing expert advice to our clients within the Financial Services Sector on how to protect their critical information assets and ensure their business operations are secure.

Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

•Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and regulatory requirements.

•Oversee the assessment, development and implementation of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring they are effectively integrated into clients' business processes.

•Manage and conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks and enhance the overall risk posture of clients.

•Manage and perform in-depth cybersecurity assessments, including threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments, to identify vulnerabilities and security gaps in clients' systems and networks.

•Lead and manage technical cybersecurity projects, such as implementing SIEM systems and conducting red team penetration testing exercises.

•Provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of security controls and technologies, focusing on secure architecture design to protect information assets from cyber threats.

•Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures, and lead incident response activities in the event of a security breach.

•Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity strategies that leverage emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance clients' security posture.

•Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

•Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in all cybersecurity matters.

•Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences.

•Collaborate with other departments and practices within the firm to provide comprehensive services to clients.

Requirements:

- Licenciatura ou mestrado em Segurança da Informação, Ciências da Computação ou numa área relacionada.

- Certificações profissionais como CISSP, CISM, CRISC ou similares são altamente desejáveis (não obrigatórias).

- 7-12 anos de experiência em cibersegurança, com ênfase em serviços de consultoria/aconselhamento.

- Experiência comprovada na gestão de projectos e equipas de cibersegurança.

- Experiência comprovada na gestão de projectos técnicos de cibersegurança e na liderança de equipas, com destaque para a conceção de arquitecturas seguras.

- Forte conhecimento dos quadros, normas e regulamentos de cibersegurança (por exemplo, NIST, ISO 27001, ISO22301, GDPR, DORA, PCI DSS, SWIFT, CIS, OWASP, etc.).

- Excelentes capacidades analíticas, de resolução de problemas e de tomada de decisões.

- Excelentes competências de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal, com capacidade para comunicar eficazmente informações técnicas a partes interessadas não técnicas.

- Capacidade comprovada de trabalhar num ambiente de ritmo acelerado e orientado para o cliente.

- Disponibilidade para viajar conforme necessário para cumprir os requisitos do cliente e do projeto.
