Job Description:

The Data & AI business unit of a big partner is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with solid experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning and public sector budgeting, specifically focused on state financial planning.
Note: Professionals must be available to travel frequently to Africa.

Responsibilities:

* Requirement analysis and design to support EPM project

* Responsible for the design and implementation of budget data models and reporting

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders

* Responsible for the implementation of project requirements

* Design of use cases and acceptance criteria and support UAT

* Prepare technical documents, users manuals and training materials

* Deliver presentations and workshops to guide end-users and stakeholders through system functionality

* Support project management and ensure delivery outputs

* Knowledge of relevant state planning regulations and sustainability practices is a plus
